Careful What You Think

A friend of mine sent me a quote by Vivekananda:
“We are what our thoughts have made us – Careful what you think.”
And he is right to remind me of this truth of the Law of Attraction, for this is what this blog was about before Andrew died.
And it’s true, constantly going backwards and forwards between past and present is like being at the mercy of a stormy sea.
Yet, how can I stop thinking about Andrew? He is imprinted in every cell of my body.
My hope is that one day when I think of him I’ll smile instead of cry and writhe in pain.
But for now, I am comforted by the knowledge that where he is, there is only peace and love, and that he has only gone from sight.
But I’ll also have a therapy session today.
